Now, make yourself relax by thinking of relaxing and positive thoughts for as long as you want. Make sure to relax your eye muscles. You may struggle at first but soon enough you will get used to it.

Palming is highly recommended for people who spend long hours in front of the computer and for those who find themselves having a hard time focusing on objects.
